STREET photography

I have been asked many times what it is that I find so interesting in the streets that attracts me over and over again. Even when I visit a country for the first time, it is not the museums I seek or the touristic attractions that I yearn for, but it is the streets, the living streets which people walk through, going to work, running their errands, enjoying themselves or simply taking a stroll. I seek to tell a story which is occurring and at the same time document life as is for the generations to come. Look at the photos of the past and you can see the different lives people lived at the time, and a time will come when other people can look at today’s street photos and reminisce about days gone by. So yes, if I am on the streets, I most probably have a camera on me and I am ready to snap away when you least expect it. The photographs you see here are mainly used as part of exhibitions and projects. They are also available in the ‘Print Shop’ so that they may add to the decor of your house.
